So how did fathers day go without the father? We did our chores like we usually do on Sunday. We happily made it in the house about five minutes before dime-sized hail came down in our neighborhood after our grocery shopping. We visited at Jennys house and celebrated Matthews birthday and fathers day with Grandpa Don. Gregor enjoyed spending time with Grandpa:
Throwing things for the dog to fetch.
Putting neat toys in his mouth.
Just enjoying Grandpas company.
The one time he actually looked at the bunny instead of ignoring it existed.Gregor is now enjoying hanging out with Lise as I post this. All in all a normal little day since Jason left, I hope Jason had lots of fun where he is but missed us as much as we missed him.

Oh, I didn't realize that Jason would be missing his first Father's Day. That sucks! Gregor looks so happy on his Grandpa's lap. What a sweetie pie.
It was a bummer but we'll make it up to him when he gets home. Maybe we'll let him light extra fireworks or something :)
Missing Father's Day is bad, but as long as he has all that good food to eat it can't be all bad.
